The Finnleo Sentinel 1 is a one-person infrared sauna built for small spaces and daily use. With a footprint of just 39" square (about 10.5 sq. ft.), it tucks neatly into a corner of a bedroom, home office, basement, or home gym. It plugs into a standard 120V household outlet, so there's no electrician and no special wiring.

Warmth from every angle. Wall-to-wall far infrared panels are joined by an in-bench emitter, calf emitters, and a floor emitter, so heat surrounds you rather than coming from one side. Finnleo's Pure Infra™ emitters are engineered for low EMR/EF output, so you can relax without worrying about what's in the air around you.

Beautiful inside and out. The cabinet is crafted from smooth, light-toned Okoume wood, and the all-glass front wall keeps the compact space feeling open and airy instead of boxed-in. Six-color LED chromotherapy lighting along the walls, bench, and exterior entry floor lets you set the mood, whether that's a bright morning session or a calm evening wind-down.

Easy to control, easy to enjoy. The SaunaLogic2®-IR control panel and companion app put temperature, timing, and lighting at your fingertips, and you can preheat before you even walk in the room. Built-in Bluetooth® speakers let you stream your favorite playlist, podcast, or guided meditation.
